This morning saw hundreds of people gather around the towns War Memorial in Wide Bargate to commemorate and pay respects to those who sacrificed their lives for our country.
Service personnel from RAF Coningsby joined The Mayor of Boston, Councillor Helen Staples and fellow dignitaries, accompanied by RAF Cadets, Army Cadets, Firefighters and Fire Cadets, Police Officers and Police Cadets, Scouts, Sea Cadets, HM Coastguard and many more for a short service at the towns memorial, following a parade through the centre to St. Botolph’s Church.
