Lincolnshire Police are appealing for the public’s help to identify a man following a serious assault in Boston.
The incident took place on Emery Lane during the early hours of Sunday 7 June, between approximately 4.26am and 4.29am.
According to police, the victim was reportedly punched in the head, causing him to fall to the ground and sustain a cut to his head.
Officers investigating the incident have released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with their enquiries. He is believed to have been wearing a black durag and a red and white jacket over a white T-shirt at the time of the incident.
Lincolnshire Police are now asking anyone who recognises the man pictured, or anyone who witnessed the incident and has not yet spoken with officers, to come forward.
