A man has been charged with multiple commercial and dwelling burglary offences, two counts of theft from a shop, and possession of a class B drug.

Bradley Smith, 21, of no fixed address, appeared before Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Friday 18 April, where he pleaded guilty to multiple offences. These included five counts of burglary from commercial premises, two counts of dwelling burglary with intent to steal, two counts of theft from a shop, and possession of a Class B drug (cannabis/cannabis resin).

The charges relate to incidents reported between 19 March and 16 April 2026.

Smith was remanded into custody and is due to appear before Lincoln Crown Court at a later date for sentencing.

This is not the first time Smith has appeared before the courts. In October 2025, he was charged alongside Liam Matthews in connection with a number of offences in the Skegness area between 17 and 21 October. These included burglary, criminal damage, theft, and breaching a criminal behaviour order.

A year earlier, in October 2024, Smith, then aged 20 and of Lincoln Road, Skegness, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court charged with six further offences. These included:

  • Burglary at The Arundell Hotel, Church Close, Boston,
  • Burglary at the White Hart Hotel, High Street, Boston,
  • Burglary at The Vape Shop, Waterfall Plaza, Bank Street, Boston
  • Theft from Morrisons Daily, Wide Bargate, Boston,
  • Burglary at Jack Snipe public house, Skegness
  • Burglary at a residential garage in Langton Court, Skegness.
