Boston’s October Fair rolls back into the town centre this weekend with a mass of attractions opening on the Wide Bargate Car Parks with rides and attractions for everyone!
Opening from Saturday 25th October to Sunday 2nd November the fair will open daily from 1pm until 9pm. Friday and Saturday’s 1pm until 9.30pm and Sunday’s 1pm until 8pm for one of the biggest Autumn events to be seen in Lincolnshire!
This year’s fair will feature thrilling rides, family rides, and kid’s attractions over October Half Term and is free to enter with the organiser promising something for everyone.
For many visitors, a trip to see spectacular rides and attractions has meant out towards the seaside, but the fair in the town centre will feature some huge attractions as well as some favourites seen at the annual May Fair!
There will be food and games as well, yet it will no doubt be the rides that are the biggest attraction, especially as guests can enjoy spin after hair-raising spin on the Star Flyer which soars 30 metres skywards offering long range views across the town, sample the swinging Vertigo a monster ride at 40 metres or bounce around on the Crazy Frogs. There’s a return to Boston for the popular Atmosphere Creator Waltzer a major feature at the May fair as well as the Dodgems, Miami and Twister and even a kids Roller Coaster.
Organiser Albert Evans commented, “We are so excited to be back in Boston and are grateful that the town council has given us this opportunity to return. We moved into the town centre last year and the fair was very successful, and we wanted to return with a special fair with some spectacular rides, and we believe we have done just that with something for everyone this year including lots of kids rides.”
Entry is free and on Friday 31st October being Halloween guests are encouraged to come in fancy dress costumes, and two lucky winners will each receive £100 in tokens for the rides.
