George Bateman & Son Ltd submitted plans to Boston Borough Council in August 2024 for conversion of The Britannia Public House on Church Street into 4 residential apartments.
The application of the grade 2 listed building states that the conversion will have 2 x 2 bedroom flats, and 2 x 1 bedroom flats.
The application specifies that the proposed works include the conversion of the existing public house into residential accommodation through the careful subdivision of the ground floor and introduction of new street level doors and the creation of a glazed link to provide access to a proposed second floor self-contained apartment.
