A once popular Boston pub is preparing to welcome customers once again, as The Hammer & Pincers officially announces it will soon reopen under new management.
The venue is set to return with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, offering traditional pub grub, hearty Sunday lunches, and a wide selection of beers, wines, and spirits for customers to enjoy.
Sports fans will also be able to catch all the live Sky Sports action inside the pub, while families and groups can relax outdoors in the beer garden throughout the warmer months.
The reopening will see the venue operated by Sammie-Jo Dent, sister of popular local businessman Vaughan Dent Jnr, who earlier this month launched the new El3v8 Fitness gym on Marsh Lane; and her father, Vaughan Dent Snr.
Speaking ahead of the reopening, Sammi-Jo Dent said he is excited to breathe new life back into the venue.
“We’re incredibly excited for the future and can’t wait to reopen The Hammer & Pincers,” she said.
“It’s a stunning venue with so much potential and we’re looking forward to bringing it back to life and giving it a completely new lease of life for the local community to enjoy once again.
“Our aim is to create a welcoming environment for everyone, whether that’s families coming for Sunday lunch, friends meeting for drinks, or people wanting to enjoy live sport in a proper traditional pub atmosphere.”
Further details, including the official opening date, are expected to be announced soon.
