A well-established Boston motor business has opened a brand-new service centre in Swineshead, transforming the former Drayton Motors Kia site into a one-stop shop for motorists across the area.
Strategic Vehicle Solutions, founded by local entrepreneurs Ernestas, Gytis, and Ausvydas, has moved from its previous base in Pescod Square, Boston, into the larger, better-equipped facility on The Drayton, Swineshead, PE20 3JN. The move comes as the business has rapidly outgrown its town centre retail unit, driven by increasing demand for its vehicle servicing, repairs, and car sales.
The Swineshead site was formerly home to Drayton Motors Kia before the dealership relocated to its newly built flagship showroom at The Quadrant. Now, after an investment of approximately £200,000, excluding vehicle stock, Strategic Vehicle Solutions has given the building a fresh purpose, all entirely self-funded without loans or external investors.
The new centre offers everything drivers might need, including:
- Engine and suspension repairs
- Full vehicle diagnostics and inspections
- MOT testing on-site
- Service plans with affordable monthly payments
- New tyre supply and fitting
- Carefully selected used car sales, each with a free six-month warranty
With capacity for up to 100 vehicles, the new premises features eight service ramps including a designated MOT bay, two indoor showrooms, and a dedicated valet bay.
Strategic Vehicle Solutions has already created eight jobs through the expansion and expects to recruit at least five more team members over the next 12 months, with vacancies including an accountant, service advisor, technician, sales manager, and service manager.
