Emergency services are currently dealing with a house fire in Boston this morning, with Norfolk Street closed between Tawney Street and Horncastle Road.

Lincolnshire Police, two fire appliances from Boston Fire Station, and East Midlands Ambulance Service are all on the scene as crews work to bring the incident under control.

The fire broke out at a residential property, prompting a full emergency response. There are currently no confirmed reports of injuries, but local residents are advised to avoid the area while the incident is ongoing.

Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue and the police are expected to release further updates once the situation has been made safe.

Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes until the road reopens.
