Skirbeck Road is closed at the junctions of South End and Church Road following a serious road traffic collision outside Boston College.
Officers from Lincolnshire Police are on scene with paramedics from East Midlands Ambulance Service.
The Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance has also landed in Boston Grammar school playing field.
