A 12-year-old Boston Grammar School pupil is celebrating an incredible motorsport achievement after being crowned the 2026 FIM British Champion.
Jenson Knowles secured the championship following six rounds of competition, including a memorable appearance at Silverstone alongside the MotoGP.
Heading into the final round at Whilton Mill, Jenson held an impressive 38-point championship lead.
He finished his campaign in style, taking first place at Whilton Mill and securing the 2026 British title.
The Year 8 Boston Grammar School student will now take his racing onto the international stage, where he is set to represent Great Britain at the FIM World Championship in Valencia.
Celebrating Jenson’s achievement, a spokesperson for Boston Grammar School said: “A huge congratulations to Jenson, Y8, who has just become the FIM British champion of 2026! What a fantastic achievement. He will now go on to represent Great Britain in the FIM world championship in Valencia.”
Jenson’s success marks a huge milestone for the young Boston racer, who will now have the opportunity to fly the flag for Great Britain as he competes against some of the world’s most promising young motorsport talent in Spain.
