Saturday bus services have officially returned to Boston, restoring weekend travel options for residents and visitors across the town and surrounding villages.
From Saturday 4 April 2026, the reinstated Saturday network is now being operated by PC Coaches, delivering services across key routes with improved access into the town centre, better links between neighbourhoods, and connections to nearby communities. The return marks a significant boost for local transport, making it easier for people to shop, socialise, and travel for work or leisure at the weekend.
Alongside this, Brylaine Travel will continue to operate the town’s bus services from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), ensuring consistent weekday provision remains in place while PC Coaches leads the Saturday offering.
Passengers can expect regular and reliable services throughout the day, alongside modern, accessible buses designed to accommodate all users. Vehicles feature low-floor access, with dedicated spaces for wheelchair users and those travelling with buggies.
Fares have also been kept affordable, with journeys within Boston capped at £1.50, while longer routes to and from the town are priced at a maximum of £3 for an adult single. Services also include onward connections to larger destinations, including a regular route to Lincoln via Service 55.
In addition, passengers can track buses in real time using the PC Coaches app, allowing for more convenient and predictable journeys.
The return of Saturday buses is expected to support local businesses, improve connectivity, and provide greater independence for those without access to a car.
Full route and timetable information is now available, with passengers encouraged to download the PC Coaches app via the App Store or Google Play for live updates and service tracking.
