Two people from Boston have been charged with multiple burglary-related offences following a series of incidents reported across the town in February.
Bartosz Lysoniewski, 28, and Abigail Crowe, 20, both of Mandarin Drive, Boston, have been charged in connection with offences alleged to have taken place between 17 February and 26 February 2026.
Lysoniewski has been charged with conspiracy to commit burglary of a dwelling with intent to steal, going equipped for theft, three counts of burglary dwelling and theft, and possession of a Class B drug – amphetamine.
Crowe has been charged with conspiracy to commit burglary of a dwelling with intent to steal, handling stolen goods, and possession of a Class B drug – cannabis.
According to Lincolnshire Police, officers had received several reports of burglaries across the district throughout February. In response, proactive patrols were introduced in targeted areas.
At around 2am on Friday 27 February, officers arrested a man, followed later by the arrest of a suspected accomplice. Both are suspected of being involved in a series of recent burglaries in the Boston area.
Boston Neighbourhood Policing Inspector Ian Cotton said: “We had received several reports of burglaries across the district throughout February. We set up a number of proactive patrols to tackle this and at around 2am on Friday 27 February we arrested a man and later a suspected accomplice, both of whom we suspect as being involved in a series of recent burglaries.
“We recognise the impact these incidents have on our community, and I want to be clear that we are taking firm and focused action to address them. Our teams are actively working to identify those responsible and to strengthen safety across the area.
“I urge residents to continue reporting concerns and sharing any information with us. Even the smallest detail can be crucial in helping us build a clear picture of what’s happening and ensure our resources are targeted where they will have the greatest effect.”
