Bus operator Brylaine Travel has confirmed a series of planned and emergency timetable and route changes which will come into effect from Monday 5 January 2026.

The amendments affect several services across the Boston, Spalding and surrounding village areas, with the company confirming that some of the changes are necessary due to an ongoing road closure in Pinchbeck, while others were already planned as part of a wider service review.

In a statement, Brylaine Travel said it had delayed publishing the full details earlier to avoid confusion, as emergency changes linked to the Pinchbeck closure were still being finalised.

A spokesperson for Brylaine Travel said: “Our priority is to minimise disruption, particularly on the B3/X and B9 corridors between Boston and Spalding, where passengers will be most affected.

“This includes services through Pinchbeck, Gosberton and Surfleet, as well as travel to and from Boston, Donington and Spalding schools and colleges.”

Passengers are being urged to carefully review the revised timetables to understand how their journeys may be affected.

Yet again your going to be making life a lot harder when you rerouted the Lincoln bus service you devalued the properties in Antons Gowt and made nearly impossible to get to a doctor or dentist even the polling station the new route also puts an extra 15 minutes on the Journey you could have done it one hour through Antons gowt and the other hour on the new route but as per usual the last thing you think about are your customers people now struggle to sell their properties and can’t to get to work at least this time you have announced it though many elderly don’t in fact have the internet never mind Facebook ve spent Christmas in Kent in n a small village their buses are great and run on Sundays and bank holidays all I can say to is try to think of your customers because they are your bread and butter and most of them now truly despise your very name and want another company on your old routs full time not just on Saturdays here’s hoping when we get elections the same ld guard are gone and the needs of all of us are taken into consideration
