Dozens of new affordable homes near Boston have now been completed, marking a significant milestone for housing provision in the area.

The Skylarks development in Frampton comprises 64 affordable homes and has been delivered through an ongoing partnership between housing provider Amplius and Allison Homes.

Amplius has confirmed that the final properties at the site have now been completed and formally handed over, meaning the homes are ready for new residents to move in.

The scheme forms part of Amplius’ continued commitment to increasing the supply of high-quality, affordable housing across the region, helping to meet local demand and support growing communities near Boston.

Marcus Keys, Chief Development and Commercial Officer, said: “The Skylarks helps address the need for quality and affordable housing in this area of Lincolnshire and gives local families and those who can’t afford to buy or rent homes on the open market the chance to find their ideal home.

“The homes meet good design practices and are fit for purpose both now and into the future.

“We’re delighted to see the final properties completed and handed over and we hope our new customers are happy with their new homes.”

Amplius said it has a long-standing partnership with Allison Homes, with several sites across the country working together to deliver hundreds of new, high-quality affordable homes for communities nationwide.

Marcus added: “Our partnership with Allison Homes is important in helping us achieve our ambition of building 1,000 new homes a year, as well as providing the homes people want in the areas they’re needed most.

“It continues to go from strength to strength and we look forward to progressing our other sites in the future.”

The Skylarks is made up of one, two, three and four-bedroom houses with parking, private gardens and amenity spaces.

The homes have also been made available on various tenures, including social rent and Shared Ownership.

Mark Bogg, Allison Homes Site Manager at The Skylarks, said: “The site team and I take great pride in handing over these final homes.

“It’s been a privilege to deliver quality, energy-efficient properties that will serve Frampton families well for years to come.

Andy Richards, Regional Production Director of Allison Homes East, added: “Our partnership with Amplius is something we’re really proud of, and finishing the final homes here is a wonderful moment for us all.

“Together we’ve created high-quality, sustainable homes that support local families and bring much-needed affordable housing to the area.”
