Around 250 homes across parts of Boston and the surrounding villages are currently without electricity this afternoon following a significant power cut affecting several neighbourhoods.
Residents in Pilleys Lane, Hilldyke, Long Hedges, Fishtoft Drove and some areas of Frithville have reported a total loss of power, with National Grid confirming that the outage has been caused by a fault on high-voltage overhead lines in the area.
In a statement, the energy provider said engineers are on their way to the scene and warned that supplies may briefly come back on before going off again as teams work to safely isolate and repair the fault.
The estimated restoration time has been set for 2:00pm on Saturday 15th November 2025, although this may change as engineers assess the situation.
Boston VIBE will bring further updates as soon as they are available.
