The response so far has been overwhelming, with more than 100 nominations submitted from across the borough. From dedicated teachers and ambitious young entrepreneurs, to environmentally conscious businesses and tireless community volunteers, the submissions are already painting a powerful picture of Boston’s vibrant and passionate population.

Nominations remain open until 31st July 2025, giving residents, businesses and organisations just under a month to put forward names they believe deserve recognition. Whether it’s a colleague, community group, neighbour, or local business – now is the time to share their story.

Once nominations close, a panel of judges will meet at a special event in August, hosted and sponsored by The White Hart Hotel, to review the entries and select this year’s winners. The judging process will include the analysis of nomination content, impact, and in some cases, stories gathered during June and July.

Taking place in September 2025, the inaugural Best of Boston Awards ceremony will be an unforgettable evening of celebration, complete with a delicious meal, live entertainment, and a formal awards presentation. It’s set to become one of Boston’s standout events of the year.

The Best of Boston Awards is not just a night of celebration – it’s a campaign dedicated to showcasing what makes Boston great. From hard-working small businesses to cultural champions and change-makers, this year’s finalists will reflect the town’s strength, resilience, and ambition.

Boston VIBE encourages anyone who hasn’t yet submitted a nomination to do so before the deadline. It’s not too late to say thank you, share a story, or show appreciation for the people shaping Boston’s future.
