A much-loved local café has moved into the heart of Boston, as Shaily’s Pitstop opens its doors at a brand new site on the corner of Main Ridge West and Pen Street, taking over the former Munch ‘n’ Lunch premises.
After three successful years based at Tec Park on Marsh Lane, the team behind Shaily’s made the bold decision to close the café and move into town in search of more footfall and a busier location.
The new site is already proving popular with customers old and new, offering a wide selection of hot and cold food, from full English breakfasts, burgers and chicken rolls to jacket potatoes, sausage and bacon baguettes, and freshly made cold rolls filled with ham, cheese, tuna, haslet and beef.
“We’ve given the place a new lease of life and really put our stamp on it,” said owner Shaily. “We’ve kept the car theme, and we’re proud to offer good quality food at reasonable prices – with more menu items still to come.”
Open Monday to Saturday from 7:30am to 3:00pm, Shaily’s Pitstop is geared up to become a new go-to spot for breakfast, lunch or a quick bite in the town centre.
So whether you’re grabbing a bacon roll on the way to work or sitting down for a hearty lunch, Shaily’s Pitstop is ready to welcome you in.
