One of the UK’s most fiercely independent music festivals is making its highly anticipated return to Boston this autumn, as Dogfest storms back into the spotlight with a full weekend of unmissable live performances and unrelenting energy at the iconic Gliderdrome.

Taking place across two days, Dogfest Autumn 2025 kicks off with a special acoustic evening on Friday 26th September, setting the tone for a weekend of community, creativity, and connection. The main event unfolds on Saturday 27th September, transforming the Gliderdrome into a haven for folk-punk fans and lovers of grassroots music from across the country.

Organised by the festival’s headliners Ferocious Dog, Dogfest has carved out a reputation as a raw, authentic celebration of music with meaning, blending folk roots with punk grit, and drawing a passionate fanbase of all ages. This year’s lineup is a testament to that spirit, with a carefully curated mix of high-octane performers and soulful storytellers.

The bill features a stunning selection of acts from across the UK’s alternative music scene. Ferocious Dog will be joined by the raucous and genre-bending 3 Daft Monkeys, ska-punk firebrands Millie Manders & The Shutup, and Celtic punk favourites The Band From County Hell. Also on the lineup are the emotionally-charged and lyrically rich Nick Parker and the False Alarms, powerful Irish singer-songwriter Amy Montgomery, boundary-pushing rockers Moskito, and up-and-coming indie-folk act Brad Dear & The March. The electrifying Preyrs are also set to deliver a standout set, while DJ Panter will keep the energy flowing between live performances.

Returning to the Gliderdrome, a venue steeped in musical history that has welcomed legendary names from across the decades, Dogfest promises to be more than just a gig. It’s a community gathering, a cultural movement, and a platform for voices that demand to be heard. With its mix of heartfelt lyrics, foot-stomping rhythms and a fanbase as loyal as they come, Dogfest continues to represent everything exciting and vital about the UK’s live music scene.

Whether you’re a long-time follower of the Ferocious Dog family or a curious newcomer looking to discover your next favourite band, Dogfest offers an unforgettable weekend of connection, passion and purpose.

As excitement builds, organisers say Dogfest Autumn 2025 is on track to be the biggest Boston edition yet—bringing music lovers back together under one roof for a festival experience that’s raw, real, and relentlessly unforgettable.
