Rising football star Jaxon Tomak has officially signed with the prestigious Nottingham Forest Academy, marking a huge step in the 14-year-old’s already remarkable career.
Jaxon, who previously played with Lincoln City Academy, caught national attention earlier this year when he made history in the FA Youth Cup. In January, he became the youngest known scorer in the competition’s history, netting a crucial equaliser for Lincoln against Plymouth in a nail-biting fixture.
The goal didn’t just turn heads—it turned futures. Scouts from across the country began watching the young midfielder’s every move, impressed not only by his technical skill and vision on the pitch, but also by his composure beyond his years.
Now, Jaxon’s talents have earned him a place with Nottingham Forest’s Academy setup—one of the most respected youth development systems in the UK, known for producing Premier League talent.
Speaking after the signing, Jaxon said: “I’m incredibly excited to join Nottingham Forest. It’s a big opportunity and I’m ready to work hard, learn as much as I can, and give it everything I’ve got. I’m really thankful to Lincoln City for everything they’ve done for me so far.”
Jaxon’s father, Guy Tomak, also shared his pride and excitement: “As a family, we’re beyond proud of Jaxon. He’s worked incredibly hard, stayed humble, and kept pushing himself. Signing with Nottingham Forest is a dream come true for him, and we’re excited to see where this journey takes him.”
As he begins this next chapter, Jaxon remains grounded and focused, continuing to train with the same determination that’s already earned him a place in the history books.
Nottingham Forest fans will no doubt be watching closely, hoping that this young Lincolnshire lad could one day follow in the footsteps of academy legends who made it all the way to the top.
