The permanent Boston Post Office, with extra Post Office services, has opened (25/4) at fully refurbished premises at Unit 12 Pescod Square Shopping Centre, Boston, PE21 6QX.
There had been a interim solution at this location whilst we worked towards a permanent solution at this location. Now we can provide the full range of Post Office services as before.
This has restored full service to the community. Boston Post Office had been based inside WHSmith at 27 Strait Bargate, which closed just after Christmas.
Extra services once again available are Digital & paper passport application services, document certification, car tax services, full on demand travel money and travel insurance, driving licence photocard renewals, DPD buy in branch and Amazon services.
There is cards and stationery retail alongside Boston Post Office, opposite Superdrug.
The opening times are Monday to Saturday: 9am – 5.30pm.
Post Office Area Change Manager, Sally Ingold, said: “We know how important a Post Office is to a community so we are delighted to have opened a full, permanent, solution for Boston. The temporary solution had allowed us to quickly restore service to the community until the permanent branch was ready at this fully-refurbished, great-looking, location.”
