Boston residents will once again have access to vital postal services as a new Post Office opens in Pescod Square Shopping Centre on Monday, 3rd February. The facility is set to replace the previous Post Office, which was located within WH Smith before its closure in December 2024 following the resignation of the postmaster and the shutdown of the retail outlet.
The new Post Office will initially operate as a temporary service, ensuring the community is not left without postal provisions. From April 2025, it will transition into a permanent fixture within the shopping centre, providing a long-term solution for local residents and businesses.
