The application, submitted by agents rg+p on behalf of Hamilton Russell Harper Wood Boston Ltd, builds on previous permissions granted for residential development on the site, the most recent in 2018. The proposed housing scheme offers a diverse mix of properties, including bungalows, maisonettes, and houses, with one, two, three, and four-bedroom options. Tenures will include both affordable rent and shared ownership, ensuring the homes cater to a range of needs, from young families to retirees.
