Children and staff at Mon Ami Children’s Nurseries have raised an incredible sum of £4,578.15 for BBC Children in Need over the past week!
Mon Ami raises money for BBC Children in Need alongisde numerous other causes every year, but this is a record-breaking amount.
Children took part in sponsored ‘Welly Walks’ around their local communities every day last week, gaining lots of support from not only family and friends, but local businesses, too. The staff got involved by holding a Pudsey-themed Bake-Off competition.
Kristina Johnson, Senior Manager at Mon Ami, commented, “ We are incredibly proud of the children’s amazing efforts in raising £4578.15 for BBC Children in Need – a new record for us! A big thank you must also go to our fantastic staff teams across the nurseries who have put together such a great fundraising drive, and to both the community and children’s families for all their support.”
