A 43-year-old man has been summoned to court following the death of a passenger in another vehicle.
Paul Cook, of Eve Balfour Way, Stowmarket, is accused of one offence of causing death by careless driving and one offence of causing serious injury by careless driving.
The summons follows an investigation into a collision on the A52 at Wrangle on Thursday, 1 May 2025 which sadly led to the death of a 73-year-old man.
Mr Cook is due to appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on 28 January 2026.
