The Aerial Ladder Platform from Boston fire station has seen the closure of Pen Street due to an unsafe building.
Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue have closed the street between Wide Bargate and Botolph Street whilst they deal with the ongoing incident.
A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue confirmed their attendance, saying: “Assistance was requested by building control at Boston Borough Council regarding an unstable chimney stack on Pen Street, Boston.
Following bricks and debris falling, the Aerial Ladder Platform from Boston Fire Station was deployed, alongside an appliance to make the scene safe, and allow building control officials to safely assess the structure.”
