A local dental practice in Burton has been left shaken after money was stolen from their till in broad daylight on Tuesday.
The incident occurred during the lunch hour at Burton Dental Lodge, when an individual entered the premises and took cash from the reception area. Staff quickly discovered the theft and reported it to Lincolnshire Police.
CCTV footage of the suspect has been shared by the practice in hopes that someone in the community may recognise the individual.
In a statement shared on social media, the team said: “Today during our lunch hour, someone entered our dental practice and took money from the till. We’ve reported the incident to the police and are sharing the CCTV footage in hopes that someone may recognise the individual. If you have any information, please contact us directly or notify the police. Reference number: 25000367373.”
The team also thanked their patients and the wider community for their continued support, adding that they were sharing the news to help prevent similar incidents in the future.
