Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue were called to a fire on Norfolk Street, Boston, just before midday on Saturday.

At 11:57am, crews from both Boston and Kirton Fire Stations responded to reports of approximately 50 metres of scrubland and waste tree logs ablaze.

Firefighters quickly got the situation under control using two hose reel jets and beaters to extinguish the flames.

No injuries have been reported, and the cause of the fire has not yet been confirmed.

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue continues to urge the public to take care during warmer weather and report any suspicious activity.
