The Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce has officially named The Butterfly Hospice Trust as its Charity of the Year, recognising the organisation’s outstanding work in providing vital end-of-life care across the county.
The announcement follows a recent Charity Roundtable hosted by the Chamber, which brought together charitable organisations from across Lincolnshire to foster collaboration and offer a platform for local causes to share their missions and apply for the annual recognition.
Based in Boston, The Butterfly Hospice Trust delivers round-the-clock palliative care and emotional support to patients and their families. Their holistic, compassionate approach ensures comfort and dignity for individuals facing life-limiting conditions.
After a thorough review of applications, the Chamber selected The Butterfly Hospice Trust for its unwavering commitment to the community and the exceptional care it provides during life’s most difficult moments.
Heloise Evans, Commercial Director at the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership: “We love supporting local charities and raising money through our Chamber Awards and other initiatives throughout the year.
