Chestnut Homes is set to unveil two new showhomes at its flagship housing development in Boston in early October.
A two-bedroom Nook and three-bedroom Grayling will soon be open to visitors at The Quadrant, located just off the A16 gateway near Wyberton.
Both properties have been expertly designed and furnished by the team at Etch Interiors, with one featuring the colours of Boston United, whose new community stadium was built as part of the wider development.
The new semi-detached and detached showhomes, which will be unveiled at the start of October, are located within the third phase of The Quadrant.
We closely followed Chestnut Homes’ vision to design showhomes which reflect the local area and its history. While The Grayling was styled with a growing family in mind, The Nook was designed to appeal to a first-time buyer market.
The Grayling showhome features amber undertones throughout to reflect the team colours of Boston United Football Club. The study room gives a nod to the history of the club with artwork of former players, while the design of bedroom two is football-inspired with a mural depicting the Boston United ground on the bedhead wall.
The Nook showhome is primarily decorated with neutral colours to enhance the spaciousness of the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Upstairs, the two sizeable bedrooms have geometric bed headboards for a trendy and unique look.
We have also ensured both properties include many modern touches. The living room of The Grayling showhome features wall panelling with a floral wallpaper design which is very of the moment, and the Nook includes a graffito-style feature wall inspired by the popular American designer Kelly Wearstler.Hannah StellingCreative Director for Etch Interiors
The 500 homes being built at The Quadrant – which comprise a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom designs – form part of a wider development comprising commercial units, fast food and coffee outlets, as well as the new community stadium.
The launch of these impressive new showhomes will give house-hunters a chance to look inside two of our most popular house types at the development, as well as provide some interior design inspiration for those styling their own home at The Quadrant.
This flagship development is the largest of our current sites and has proven to be consistently popular with buyers at various stages of the property ladder.David NewtonManaging Director - Chestnut Homes
A selection of two, three and four-bedroom houses are currently available to purchase at The Quadrant, including two fully furnished showhomes from the first phase of the development.
The three-bedroom Henley is priced at £261,900, while the four-bedroom Bressingham is available for £359,950.
