A traffic collision that occurred earlier this week has left substantial damage to a wall at Boston Train Station.

2 vehicles collided with each other on Wednesday night, resulting in a significant proportion of a wall being knocked over.

A car collided with a brick wall at Boston station on Wednesday evening. No passengers or staff were hurt and there was no disruption to rail services.

We are investigating how best to repair the wall as swiftly as possible and until that is in place the area will remain protected by barriers.

East Midlands Railway

Incident 332 of Wednesday September 15. We were called to Station Approach, Boston Train Station, at around 5.35pm after a collision involving a Kia Sportage and a BMW. The road was closed for a short period of time while the aftermath of the crash was dealt with by emergency services. Minor injuries were sustained.

Lincolnshire Police

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue were called at 17:35 to a collision at Boston railway station. Both crews from Boston attended this incident where a member of the public had used a fire extinguisher prior to their arrival. The crews inspected both vehicles and made them safe by disconnecting the batteries, and administered oxygen to one female casualty.
